Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your FREDA SALVADOR shoes, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure soles are unmarked and items are in brand-new condition to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select your preferred return method to generate a prepaid shipping label and a return packing slip to include inside your box.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the unworn shoes in their original dust bags and box, affix the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
