Where are Freda Salvador shoes made?
Our footwear is designed in California and handcrafted in family-run factories in Spain and El Salvador, using high-quality Italian leathers and traditional artisanal techniques.
How do I determine my correct size?
Most of our styles run true to size; however, fit can vary by construction. We provide specific sizing recommendations on each product page. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, pristine items within 30 days of delivery. Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. International shipping rates and duties are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
How should I care for my leather shoes?
To prolong the life of your shoes, we recommend avoiding heavy rain and treating them with a high-quality leather protector. Use a soft, damp cloth for cleaning and store them in their dust bags when not in use.
Can I change or cancel my order after it is placed?
